Quandrix, the Proof is a powerful top-end commander or build-around for a Simic (G/U) cascade deck that wants to chain high-impact instants and sorceries into additional value, so it fits best in a spell-heavy ramp shell that accelerates into six mana quickly and then leverages big spells (like Time Warp effects, massive card draw, or scalable X-spells) to generate overwhelming tempo and card advantage; in Commander it would thrive in a storm-leaning or value-cascade build packed with carefully curated mana values to control hits, but in competitive formats it would likely be too slow and vulnerable compared to established threats.
