Thassa, God of the Sea would be beneficial in a blue devotion deck that aims to control the board and scry for better draws. While Thassa's ability to make a creature unblockable can be useful for aggressive strategies, there are potentially better options for a similar mana cost in certain decks, such as Master of Waves for token strategies or Gadwick, the Wizened for card draw and control. Thassa can see play in decks that can consistently reach high devotion to blue and benefit from her scrying ability, but her effectiveness may vary depending on the specific strategy and meta.
