Belbe, Corrupted Observer would be a great addition to a multiplayer Commander deck that focuses on dealing damage to opponents consistently. Decks with a strategy centered around causing opponents to lose life through combat or other means would benefit most from her ability to generate additional mana. While there may be more powerful cards in certain situations, Belbe's unique ability to ramp up mana production based on opponents' life loss makes her a strong choice for decks looking to accelerate their game plan. She should definitely see play in decks that can take advantage of her ability to generate extra mana.
