A deck focused on artifact removal or disruption, such as a red control or artifact hate deck, would benefit from including By Force. However, there are arguably better options like Shattering Spree or Vandalblast, which offer more flexibility or scalability. By Force could still see play in specific metagames where artifact-heavy decks are prevalent, but overall, it may not be a top choice in most competitive decks due to its limitations compared to other options.
