This card, Foreshadow, would benefit a control or mill deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it helps to disrupt the opponent's strategy by milling their cards and potentially drawing you more cards. However, there are better cards for this purpose such as Glimpse the Unthinkable or Archive Trap, which mill more cards at once and have a greater impact on the opponent's deck.
