Kolaghan Stormsinger would fit well in a red aggressive deck looking to apply early pressure with hasty creatures. Its ability to grant haste to another creature upon being flipped can be useful for closing out games quickly. However, there are potentially better options like Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear that offer more consistent damage output in similar decks, so Kolaghan Stormsinger may not see much play in competitive settings.
