While there are better options for direct damage, such as cards like Lightning Bolt for efficiency, Psionic Sliver could still see play in a fun, thematic deck that embraces the unique mechanics of Slivers. Ultimately, it may not be a competitive staple, but it can add an interesting twist to casual play.
