Illusionist's Bracers can be a valuable addition to a deck that relies heavily on activated abilities, such as a deck focused on creatures with powerful activated abilities like tapping to deal damage or creating tokens. However, there are better options like Rings of Brighthearth which can copy any activated ability for 2 colorless mana, making it a more versatile choice. Illusionist's Bracers could still see play in specific strategies that require redundancy or additional copies of activated abilities.
