Skysovereign, Consul Flagship would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature-based strategies, as it provides a powerful flying threat that can also deal direct damage to opposing creatures or planeswalkers. While it is a strong card on its own, other cards like Smuggler's Copter may be considered better due to their lower cost and ability to provide card advantage. However, Skysovereign, Consul Flagship can still see play in decks looking to apply pressure and control the board effectively.
