The Circle of Loyalty would benefit a Knight tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides cost reduction, boosts creatures, and generates additional Knight tokens. However, there are potentially better cards for this type of deck, such as History of Benalia or Knight Exemplar, which offer more immediate value and impact on the board. The Circle of Loyalty could see play in a casual or thematic Knight deck, but competitive decks may opt for more efficient options.
