**Champions of the Perfect** would fit best in an Elf tribal deck, especially one that is creature-dense and focused on casting multiple creatures per turn (such as Modern or Commander Elfball builds), since the “whenever you cast a creature spell, draw a card” ability turns every creature into card advantage and helps prevent running out of gas; however, the additional cost of exiling an Elf makes it risky and tempo-negative compared to existing options. In most formats, cards like **Beast Whisperer**, **Guardian Project**, **The Great Henge**, or **Realmwalker** provide similar or better card advantage without exiling a creature, and they are harder to disrupt or offer additional value, making them generally superior choices. Because of the steep additional cost and vulnerability to removal (which would strand the exiled Elf until it leaves play), this card would likely be fringe-playable at best and overshadowed by more efficient and less risky engines in competitive builds.
