While Clamor Shaman's ability to prevent an opponent's creature from blocking can be situationally powerful, there are potentially better options available such as Goblin Chainwhirler or Goblin Rabblemaster which provide more consistent value and impact on the board. However, Clamor Shaman could still see play in specific strategies that aim to capitalize on its unique abilities and synergies within the deck.
