While there may be more efficient options for graveyard recursion in certain decks, Order of Whiteclay's ability to repeatedly bring back small creatures can provide valuable card advantage and board presence. Its inclusion would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could definitely see play in the right build.
