A deck focused on milling opponents, such as a mill or control deck, would benefit from using Screeching Sliver in a Sliver tribal strategy. However, there are more efficient mill cards available, such as Mind Sculpt or Glimpse the Unthinkable, making Screeching Sliver less optimal for competitive play. It could still be a fun and thematic inclusion in a casual Sliver deck for added flavor and synergy.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
