However, there are better cards such as Rampant Growth or Cultivate that provide similar effects at a lower cost and without the Storm mechanic, making them more efficient choices for deck construction. While Sprouting Vines could see play in casual or thematic decks, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play due to its higher mana cost and the availability of better alternatives.
