Decks that rely on a strategy of stalling the game and winning through incremental advantages would find Worship useful. However, there are better alternatives such as Phyrexian Unlife which prevents you from losing the game instead of just reducing your life total to 1, making it a stronger option in most cases. Worship could see play in specific metagames where preventing life loss is crucial, but overall it may not be a top choice in competitive decks.
