Jirina's ability will create a Human token for each time she was cast from the Command Zone
Sacrifice Jirina with Ashnod's Altar to add two mana, return her to the Command Zone
Sacrifice the tokens to pay the Commander tax with Ashnod's Altar and cast Jirina again
For each time a creature dies, create a Treasure token, which can be used to add mana and pay Jirina Kudro's Commander tax
Repeat the process.
Eventually, you will generate more tokens than necessary to pay the Commander tax, generating infinite mana and infinite tokens.
