A deck that focuses on control and manipulation of opponents' spells or permanents would benefit from using Alter Reality in Magic: the Gathering. While Alter Reality offers a unique and potentially disruptive effect, it may not be as efficient as other similar cards like Stifle or Trickbind, which can provide more immediate and powerful effects. However, Alter Reality could still see play in more casual or experimental decks looking to surprise opponents with unexpected color changes.
