Bio-Asset Allocator best fits artifact-creature go-wide decks, especially black-based artifact token shells that can attack with many bodies, such as Esper/Orzhov artifact aristocrats, Treasure/Servo/Thopter token decks, or Commander decks led by artifact-focused commanders where draining each opponent scales well in multiplayer; it is much less attractive in normal 60-card formats because 5 mana for a creature that does not immediately affect the board unless you already have attackers is slow and vulnerable. In Commander, it can be a fun payoff if your deck reliably makes lots of artifact creatures, but there are usually stronger options: `Marionette Master`, `Disciple of the Vault`, `Nadier's Nightblade`, `Mirkwood Bats`, and `Agent of the Iron Throne` often drain more reliably because they reward artifacts or tokens dying/entering rather than needing combat, while cards like `Cranial Plating`, `Steel Overseer`, or `Cyberdrive Awakener` may close games faster in artifact-aggro shell
