This card would be beneficial in a multicolor deck that runs a variety of permanents of different colors, as it can potentially generate a lot of mana. Decks that focus on ramping up quickly or casting spells with multiple colored mana requirements would find Bloom Tender useful. However, there are better cards like Birds of Paradise or Noble Hierarch that provide more consistent mana acceleration in most situations, so Bloom Tender may not see as much play in competitive decks.
