However, there are more efficient removal options available in the current Magic: the Gathering card pool that offer similar effects without the downside of exiling opponent's creatures and planeswalkers, such as Lightning Bolt or Path to Exile. Brittle Blast might see situational play in specific metas, but overall, it may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
