Chittering Host would be a great addition to an aggressive red-black deck focused on swarming the board with creatures and overwhelming the opponent quickly. Its ability to grant other creatures +1/+0 and menace upon entering the battlefield can lead to powerful attacks and difficult blocks for the opponent. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Chittering Host's combination of haste, menace, and anthem effect makes it a strong choice for decks looking to apply early pressure and maintain board presence. It should definitely see play in decks that aim to win through aggressive strategies.
