A dragon tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering would greatly benefit from including Dragonstorm Globe in its build, as it enhances the power and toughness of each dragon creature you control. However, there are better cards like Urza's Incubator or Dragonlord's Servant that would offer more impactful support for a dragon deck by reducing the cost of summoning dragons or providing additional mana acceleration. While Dragonstorm Globe is a decent card, it may not see as much play over more optimized options.
