A deck that focuses on dealing damage to opponents consistently and early in the game would benefit from including Drill Bit in its strategy, as it allows for a cheap and efficient way to disrupt the opponent's hand. While there may be better discard spells available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, Drill Bit can still be a valuable addition to a deck that aims to apply pressure and disrupt the opponent's resources. Its Spectacle cost provides flexibility and can be a powerful play when timed correctly, making it a card worth considering for certain aggressive or tempo-oriented decks.
