While this card offers a unique ability, there may be better options depending on the strategy of the deck, such as cards with more versatile effects or higher power levels. However, for a deck specifically tailored to benefit from its ability, Exuberant Wolfbear could certainly see play and contribute to a strong Human tribal theme.
