A one‑mana red instant that grants flashback to an instant or sorcery in your graveyard would primarily benefit spell‑dense graveyard decks, such as Izzet Phoenix, Storm, Prowess, or other spellslinger/combo archetypes that naturally fill the graveyard and want to reuse efficient spells for value or combo turns; it’s especially strong with cheap cantrips, rituals, or burn spells, effectively turning your graveyard into an extension of your hand for a turn. However, in most formats this effect is likely outclassed by **Snapcaster Mage** (which provides a body and flexibility at instant speed), **Past in Flames** (a stronger combo engine in Storm decks), or even **Underworld Breach** (which is dramatically more powerful and abusable), making this card more fair and role‑player level rather than format‑defining.
