Foot Chopper would fit best in aggressive or tempo‑oriented black decks that value evasive threats and sacrifice synergies, such as Ninja tribal, Aristocrats, or Rakdos/Dimir sacrifice shells, since it provides its own body, grants evasion, and can convert combat damage into card draw by sacrificing the creature; it’s especially appealing in decks that can boost the equipped creature’s power (Anthem effects, +1/+1 counters, or equipment buffs) to draw more cards.
