A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and token generation would benefit from using Goblin Gathering, as it can quickly flood the board with Goblin creatures. However, cards like Hordeling Outburst and Dragon Fodder may be better options for creating multiple tokens for a lower mana cost. While Goblin Gathering can be a fun and flavorful addition to a Goblin tribal deck, its higher mana cost and reliance on having multiple copies in the graveyard may limit its competitive viability in more optimized decks.
