However, the requirement for the defending player to control an enchantment or enchanted permanent may limit its effectiveness, so other cards like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling or Thassa's Oracle could be better options for a blue deck looking for more consistent and versatile creatures.

Once Godhunter Octopus has been declared as an attacker, it will continue to attack even if the defending player loses control of each enchantment or enchanted permanent they controlled.
