A Grixis Panorama would be beneficial in a deck that requires easy access to multiple basic land types, such as a three-color deck with a heavy emphasis on blue, black, and red. While it provides flexibility in mana fixing, there are better options available, such as fetch lands like Polluted Delta or Shock lands like Steam Vents, which can provide more efficient mana fixing. Grixis Panorama could still see play in budget decks or in decks that specifically need its ability to search for basic lands of those specific types.
