This card, Inside Out, would be beneficial in a tempo or control deck that focuses on manipulating the board state to gain an advantage. While it provides a temporary power boost to a creature and replaces itself by drawing a card, there are better options like Giant Growth or Titanic Growth for a more permanent power increase. However, Inside Out could still see play in decks looking for instant speed tricks and card draw to outmaneuver opponents.
