While Jubilant Mascot's ability to provide +1/+1 counters to two other creatures can be powerful in the right deck, there may be better options available such as Benalish Marshal or Honor of the Pure which provide a more consistent and impactful buff to all creatures. Whether Jubilant Mascot should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy within the deck, as well as the overall power level of the format it is being played in.
