Jubilation is a Creature fits best in a mono‑green or green-based go‑wide creature deck—such as Elf swarm, token strategies, or creature-heavy Commander builds—where flooding the board makes its ETB +2/+2 and trample effect a potential game-ending overrun swing, and Encore gives it strong late-game reach in multiplayer by retriggering the team pump multiple times; however, at six mana it competes with significantly stronger and more efficient finishers like **Craterhoof Behemoth** (the gold standard, usually lethal immediately), **End-Raze Forerunners**, **Overwhelming Stampede**, or even **Triumph of the Hordes**, all of which either scale better or cost less for comparable impact, meaning Jubilation would likely be playable in casual or budget Commander builds but probably wouldn’t see play in optimized environments where faster, more explosive finishers are available.

Exiling the card with encore is a cost to activate the encore ability. Once you announce that you're activating it, no player may take actions until you've finished. They can't try to remove the card from your graveyard to stop you from paying the cost.

If an effect stops a token from attacking a specific player, that token can attack any player, planeswalker, or battle, or not attack at all. If the effect stops the token from attacking a specific player unless a cost is paid, you don't have to pay that cost unless you want to attack that player.

If one of the tokens can't attack for any reason (such as being tapped), then it doesn't attack. If there's a cost associated with having it attack, you aren't forced to pay that cost, so it doesn't have to attack in that case either.
