Kinsbaile Courier would fit well in a white aggro or token-based deck that aims to quickly overwhelm opponents with creatures, as its ability to put a +1/+1 counter on a target creature can bolster early threats while its encore ability allows for additional pressure on opponents. However, there are other cards that may serve similar purposes more effectively, such as Adanto Vanguard, which provides both resilience and aggression, or Benalish Marshal, which boosts all your other creatures. While Kinsbaile Courier can see play, particularly in a casual or themed deck, it may not be the most competitive choice in higher-tier formats where more efficient options exist.

Exiling the card with encore is a cost to activate the ability. Once you announce that you’re activating it, no player may take actions until you’ve finished. They can’t try to remove the card from your graveyard to stop you from paying the cost.
