Loki, the Deceiver would fit best in a Grixis (U/B/R) Commander or casual build focused on a “Villains” typal or combat-copy strategy, especially one that already runs impactful legendary creatures you can copy for value; because he makes a temporary nonlegendary token that enters tapped and attacking, he’s strongest with Villains that have powerful combat-damage triggers or attack triggers, letting you double up on those effects for a turn while also drawing cards when your Villains connect. He’d particularly shine in a midrange or tempo shell that can reliably protect its board and clear blockers so the combat-damage draw trigger keeps your hand full.
