Mnemonic Sliver would be particularly beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck, where maximizing the synergy among Slivers is crucial. However, there are arguably better options for card draw in Sliver decks, such as Guardian Sliver, which provides a more aggressive strategy while still enhancing the overall Sliver synergy. Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
