Moopsy would fit best in casual green creature decks, especially deathtouch-themed, fight/bite, or defensive Commander decks that want a cheap deterrent against large attackers; deathtouch lets it trade with almost any creature, and the reach activation gives it occasional utility against flyers. However, it is likely too low-impact for competitive play: `Tajuru Blightblade` offers a one-mana 1/1 with deathtouch without needing reach, while `Sedge Scorpion` fills the same role, and cards such as `Gnarlback Rhino` or `Questing Beast` provide substantially more value when you have more mana. Moopsy is worth playing if you specifically want its flavor, need another inexpensive deathtouch body, or expect flyers in a casual environment, but it should generally not see play over more efficient or higher-value green creatures outside of budget or thematic decks.
