Mudbutton Cursetosser would fit best in an aggressive or midrange Goblin tribal deck in formats where synergy and sacrifice value matter, since it rewards you for already playing Goblins and turns its death into removal for small opposing creatures; in a dedicated Goblin deck the “behold” cost is trivial, making it essentially a 1‑mana creature with upside that can pressure early and trade up on death. However, outside of heavy Goblin synergy it’s inefficient, and even within Goblins there are usually stronger options—cards like **Mogg Fanatic**, **Sling-Gang Lieutenant**, **Goblin Chainwhirler**, or **Gempalm Incinerator** provide more immediate impact or scalable value, while direct removal like **Fatal Push** or **Tragic Slip** is more reliable and doesn’t require dying first.
