Power Pack would fit best in a four-color (non‑black) spellslinger or combat-tempo deck that can reliably trigger combat damage—likely a Jeskai-plus-green shell that blends evasive threats, extra combat steps, and a high density of impactful instants and sorceries (extra turns, big draw spells, extra combats, or powerful removal) to maximize the free-cast trigger; flying, vigilance, trample, and haste make it immediately threatening, but at 4 mana across four colors it competes with extremely strong options like Omnath, Locus of Creation (which provides immediate and repeatable value without needing combat damage), Narset, Enlightened Exile (which also recasts spells from the graveyard more reliably), or even Goldspan Dragon in spellslinger builds, all of which are generally more consistent or explosive, so while Power Pack is flashy and strong in a casual Commander environment built around graveyard spell recursion and combat pressure, it is unlikely to see high-level competitive play
