This card, One with the Stars, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to neutralize powerful creatures or troublesome enchantments by turning them into enchantments and removing their threat as creatures. While it has its niche uses, there are potentially better options such as Oblivion Ring or Detention Sphere which offer more versatile removal options. However, One with the Stars could see play in specific metas where enchantment removal is scarce and turning a key creature into a harmless enchantment could swing the game in your favor.
