A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as an Aristocrats deck in which sacrificing creatures provides additional benefits or triggers effects, would benefit from using Worthy Cost. However, there are better cards with more versatile effects like Murder or Hero's Downfall which offer instant speed removal and no additional cost, making them better options overall. Worthy Cost may have niche applications in specific metagames, but it is unlikely to see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
