However, there are stronger milling options available in the Magic: the Gathering universe, like cards that mill regardless of the number of creatures you control, such as Mesmeric Orb, which would likely be a better choice for a dedicated mill strategy. Overall, Hypnotic Swirly Disc could see play in casual or themed decks, but may not be competitive in more competitive settings.
