A control deck that focuses on instants and card advantage would benefit greatly from including Torrential Gearhulk in its strategy, as it provides a powerful way to recur and cast impactful instant spells from the graveyard. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Torrential Gearhulk's Flash ability and immediate impact on the board make it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks, especially in formats where it is legal.
