Unstable Hulk could be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that aims to quickly overwhelm the opponent with powerful creatures. However, there are potentially better cards that offer similar power without the drawback, such as Thundermaw Hellkite or Stormbreath Dragon, which may be more consistent choices in competitive play.
