This card, Spire Patrol, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's board state and tempo. While there may be more powerful control cards available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Teferi, Time Raveler or Reflector Mage, Spire Patrol could still see play in certain deck builds that require additional creature control options.
