A deck focused on a Human tribal theme would benefit most from including Mass Appeal, as it provides card advantage based on the number of Humans you control. However, a potentially better alternative could be Collected Company, which allows you to put two creature cards with converted mana cost 3 or less from the top six cards of your library onto the battlefield. Whether Mass Appeal should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, as well as the overall card pool available for selection.
