This card, Your Puny Minds Cannot Fathom, would greatly benefit a control or combo deck in Magic: the Gathering by providing card advantage and allowing for a potentially explosive turn. While it is a powerful effect, there are better cards such as Time Spiral or Time Reversal that offer similar benefits along with additional effects like untapping lands or shuffling graveyards back into the library. However, Your Puny Minds Cannot Fathom could still see play in certain decks that rely heavily on drawing cards and maintaining a large hand size for their strategy to succeed.

If multiple effects modify your hand size, apply them in timestamp order. For example, if you put Null Profusion (an enchantment that says your maximum hand size is two) onto the battlefield and later set this scheme in motion, you’ll have no maximum hand size until your next turn. However, if you set this scheme in motion and then put Null Profusion onto the battlefield that turn, your maximum hand size would be two.
