While the card provides a significant card draw advantage, the downside of discarding three cards at random may not always be worth it in competitive play. Other cards like Faithless Looting or Cathartic Reunion offer similar card draw benefits without the random discard drawback and may be more consistent choices for decks looking to refill their hand.
