Oft-Nabbed Goat fits best in a black-based aristocrats or political “group slug” deck that can exploit death triggers, sacrifice outlets (like Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder), and counter synergies (such as Nest of Scarabs or Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons), because you can let opponents draw cards to shrink it, then sacrifice it before it dies naturally to deny them long-term value while still cashing in on its death trigger; it’s especially interesting in Commander where multiple opponents make the life-loss scale.
