A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and has ways to easily fill the graveyard would benefit from using Rotting Giant in Magic: the Gathering. This card can be useful in a deck that can consistently exile cards from the graveyard to keep the Giant on the battlefield. However, there are better options available, such as Gurmag Angler, which offers a bigger body for a similar cost and doesn't require additional resources to keep it on the battlefield. Rotting Giant may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations compared to other options.
